A:Our current annual production capacity is 2.8 million TBR tire sets. We are also commissioning a second-phase production line to further expand output and meet growing market demand.

Q: What is your delivery lead time?  
A: Standard orders are typically shipped within 10–14 days after order confirmation. For large or customized orders, we coordinate closely with customers to agree on a timeline that meets their operational needs.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?  
A: The MOQ is one 20GP container, and mixed sizes and patterns are permitted. We recommend ordering a 40HQ container for improved shipping efficiency and cost savings.

Q: How do you ensure the quality of your TBR tires?

A:Quality is embedded at every stage—from sourcing premium materials in top rubber regions, to manufacturing with advanced equipment including Japanese mixers and Dutch VMI builders, and a rigorous five-stage testing process covering visual, X-ray, uniformity, balance, and dynamic endurance checks.

A: For new clients, we generally require 30% TT deposit with the balance payable against B/L copy within 10 days. We also accept irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
